Associate Producer - SPV

The Associate Producer - SPV role at Nordstrom in Scottsdale is responsible for supporting salesperson video shoots for Nordstrom.com. • Set up video set daily, including filming fixtures, set laptop, and product for shoots.
• Ensure talent is prepped on product and workflow, adhering to filming schedule to meet throughput goals.
• Assist in product preparation and wrap-up, including hanging, steaming, tagging, and shipping.
• Coach talent on set to create engaging content.
• Provide accurate data entry, process tracking, and communication with program teams.
• Offer constructive feedback on talent to enhance program vision.
• Communicate on-set progress, future needs, and process efficiencies.
• Coordinate with store teams and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and provide feedback on production issues.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, or commercial video production.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in executing video shoots from start to finish.
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Styling experience is preferred.
