Summary

The Associate Selling role delivers personalized customer service and supports sales in a luxury off-price retail environment. The associate builds customer relationships, shares product knowledge, and contributes to store sales and loyalty goals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise and help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Maintain product knowledge, greet customers, and communicate current promotions.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and promote loyalty programs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns.
• Support sales goals and maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, and merchandise displays.
• Complete markdowns, follow asset protection procedures, and support store programs and projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a record of sales results.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Fashion industry knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing product expertise.
• Ability to use POS registers and related store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
