The Associate, Selling delivers personalized customer service and supports sales at Saks OFF 5TH. The role builds customer relationships, shares product knowledge, and helps create a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise and provide product knowledge based on customer needs.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and promote loyalty programs and credit offerings.
• Process sales transactions and resolve customer issues.
• Support sales goals, maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, and complete markdowns and merchandising tasks.
• Follow asset protection procedures and complete assignments from store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Demonstrated sales results and strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Fashion industry knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing product expertise.
• Ability to use store equipment and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
