Responsibilities

• Recommend and locate merchandise based on customer needs, and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Greet customers, explain promotions, build customer relationships, and encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty goals.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, complete markdowns, and ensure merchandise displays meet brand standards.
• Follow asset protection procedures and support shortage and theft awareness efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a record of achieving sales results.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, an engaging personality, and an interest in fashion.
• Ability to use point-of-sale registers and related store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
