Summary

Associate Store Manager responsible for driving sales and team performance while representing a luxury brand in the community. Supports the Store Manager in operations, visual standards, client outreach and staff development to achieve KPI targets and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and inspire team to meet goals
• Develop and expand customer base through client relationship management
• Implement and manage client outreach programs to drive financial performance
• Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager
• Motivate team, build morale, and enforce accountability
• Support visual presentation and implement visual directives
• Deliver operational excellence across store processes
• Assist in recruiting, retaining, supervising, training and developing staff

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of manager experience at a high-end retailer
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results
• Strong client engagement and brand ambassador skills
• Elevated customer service and passion for sales, footwear and accessories
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
