Job Description

Summary

The Associate Store Manager Grenoble leads daily boutique operations in Aspen, partnering with the Senior Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team, and deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the brand's mountain performance luxury DNA. The role focuses on client development, operational excellence, visual standards, and local engagement to grow long-term loyalty and business results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Store Manager to lead and develop the store team through coaching and mentoring.
  • Conduct one-to-one coaching, feedback, and on-floor development to elevate selling and service standards.
  • Drive client development and outreach using CRM insights to grow local and destination client base.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement actions to improve results.
  • Act as visible floor leader during client experience segments and manage escalated client situations.
  • Oversee operational duties including scheduling, cash management, stockroom, shipping receiving, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate cross-functionally on store initiatives.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
  • Represent the brand in the local community and support boutique activations and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record driving sales growth and client development in luxury or performance retail.
  • Strong commercial mindset with familiarity of mountain ski culture preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit develop and retain high performing teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales inventory and CRM data to inform business actions.
  • Excellent communication presentation and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems such as POS and CRM.
