Associate Store Merchandise

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations including processing inbound product, placement, maintenance and order fulfillment on the selling floor. The role requires physical handling of merchandise, use of store technologies, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for selling floor placement
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation
• Participate in floor recovery and supply replenishment during peak periods
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
• Use RF guns, PC, iOS devices and proprietary platforms for tasks
• Assist with other store initiatives and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Must learn and retain merchandising and visual standards
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word
• Comfort working in a fast paced team environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines consistently
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule per business needs
• Valid driver license and ability to drive company vehicle as needed
