Associate Store Merchandising

As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations of merchandise, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment under the leadership of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring merchandise is efficiently handled and presented on the selling floor.

• Process inbound merchandise and ensure proper placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation as directed.
• Participate in other store initiatives, including merchandise fill-in, floor recovery, and supply replenishment during peak business periods.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs quickly.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise, with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use available technology, including RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel/Word, and various proprietary platforms.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule availability as per business needs.
• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed, in accordance with state Driver’s License standards (select doors only).
