Associate Store Merchandising

As an Associate Store Merchandising at our Houston location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of merchandise. Under the guidance of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment of merchandise, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

• Process inbound merchandise and ensure proper placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation as directed.
• Participate in store initiatives, including merchandise fill-in, floor recovery, and supply replenishment during peak periods.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology such as RF guns, PC, iOS devices, and Excel/Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation, if required.
