Associate Store Merchandising

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations including processing inbound product, placement and presentation on the selling floor, fulfillment of customer orders, and maintaining merchandising standards under the supervision of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for the selling floor
• Place and present merchandise according to visual standards
• Participate in floor recovery and supply replenishment during peak periods
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to customer needs
• Operate RF guns, PCs and iOS devices to support merchandising tasks
• Follow direction to maintain placement and presentation standards
• Perform ad hoc store initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
• Strong computer skills including Excel Word and proprietary platforms
• Ability to learn and retain visual merchandising standards
• Comfort working in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and dependability standards
• Valid driver license and ability to drive company vehicle when required
