Associate Technician

As an Associate Technician, you will support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a safe work area.

• Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions.
• Complete equipment calibration and setup; communicate maintenance issues to Supervisor promptly.
• Identify quality, process, and workflow problems; inform Supervisor of outstanding or re-occurring issues.
• Participate in the training of Associates; mentor new hires and cross-train associates as necessary.
• Communicate and share information and expectations with Supervisor; participate in team meetings and focus groups.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude; treat all associates with respect and dignity.
• Support management decisions and communicate concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; notify Supervisor of potential safety/health issues.
• Support, follow, and monitor all safety requirements.
• Maintain adherence to company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines.
• Reliable in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.
