Responsibilities- Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions.
- Complete equipment calibration and setup; communicate maintenance issues to Supervisor promptly.
- Identify quality, process, and workflow problems; inform Supervisor of outstanding or recurring issues.
- Participate in the training of Associates; mentor new hires and cross-train associates as necessary.
- Communicate and share information and expectations with Supervisor; participate in team meetings and focus groups.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude; treat all associates with respect and dignity.
- Support management decisions and assist the Team Leader and Supervisor in their duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area; notify Supervisor of potential safety/health issues.
- Support, follow, and monitor all safety requirements and provide immediate feedback where necessary.
- Maintain adherence to company policies.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.
