Associate, Visual Merchandising - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

Summary

The Associate, Visual Merchandising maintains the boutique's brand image while elevating the client experience and supporting the selling process. This full-time, in-store role partners with boutique leadership and the regional visual merchandising team.

Responsibilities

• Change mannequins, replenish and substitute display items, and support the selling team.
• Prepare products for floor moves and collection launches, and maintain digital photo files and window item documentation.
• Assist with events, seasonal installations, and other boutique initiatives.
• Communicate with boutique teams and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience and basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Basic computer software and digital photography skills; an associate degree is required, preferably in a fashion-related major.
• Collaborative communication skills and a strong interest in client experience and luxury fashion.
• Ability to work on a ladder, lift 30 to 40 pounds, and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
