Associate Visual Merchandising - Bal Harbour

As an Associate in Visual Merchandising at Bal Harbour, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand image within the Boutique, enhancing the client experience, and supporting the selling process. You will report directly to the Boutique Director and work closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

• Expedite the selling process by changing mannequins, replenishing items, and making display substitutions.
• Act as the point of contact for the store in the absence of the VM Lead.
• Support Operations with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance and keep window item documentation current.
• Assist in implementing events, sales, and seasonal installs in the Boutique.
• Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.
• Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30-40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
