Associate, Visual Merchandising - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Associate, Visual Merchandising helps maintain the boutique’s brand image, elevate the client experience, and support the selling process. Reporting to the Boutique Director, this role partners with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and boutique teams.

Responsibilities

• Change mannequins, replenish products, and make display substitutions to support client needs and sales.
• Support floor moves, collection launches, events, seasonal installations, and other boutique initiatives.
• Maintain digital photo files and current documentation for window items.
• Communicate with boutique teams and management, working independently when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience and basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Basic computer software and digital photography skills; an associate degree is required, preferably in a fashion-related major.
• Collaborative communication skills and a strong interest in client experience and luxury.
• Ability to work on a ladder, lift 30 to 40 pounds, and move heavy items.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
