• Reconcile merchandise financial, supplier, and assortment plans to ensure alignment with key strategies.

• 4+ years of experience as a retail merchandise planner or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of retail and service environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience managing high sales volume categories is preferred.
• Strong analytical and math skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
