Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and operational support to internal retail stores and external wholesale partners across the Americas. Coordinate orders, communications, and supply needs while collaborating with sales, supply chain, finance, and merchandising to support business growth and brand elevation. Manage inquiries, order entry, reporting, and special projects to strengthen partner relationships and ensure timely fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for retail store network on merchandise and system inquiries
- Respond to inquiries from retail sales team and management and handle incoming call line
- Coordinate product transfers and manage supply needs across the retail network
- Accurately input retail and wholesale orders into company systems and manage ship dates
- Process merchandise quotes and orders for wholesale clients ensuring compliance with procedures
- Collaborate with operations and merchandising to ensure timely order fulfillment and special requests
- Provide training to retail network on retail operation functions and distribute product materials
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports and conduct ad hoc analysis
- Coordinate customer viewing activity and invoicing for wholesale accounts
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in B2B customer service, account coordination, or wholesale operations
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale distribution models
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Italian a plus
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced multicultural environment
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive service oriented mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and capable of taking initiative
- Adaptable and resilient in handling challenges
