Responsibilities- Develop curated merchandise assortments, marketing campaigns, and functional capabilities to drive sales growth through the B2B digital commerce channel.
- Manage product and marketing content for digital showrooms, including writing product descriptions and enrichment data.
- Create marketing email campaigns and featured shops to drive incremental sales revenue.
- Maintain reporting dashboards to analyze e-commerce data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Champion new B2B technology solutions to enhance user experience.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document for IT partners.
- Execute special event programs for B2B2C commerce to elevate brand position.
- Provide leadership and expertise throughout the change management lifecycle for new technology capabilities.
- Support Ralph Lauren Wholesale Customers and internal business partners.
- Maintain a forward view on industry trends and best practices for B2B commerce.
- Establish strong business partnerships across functional areas.
Requirements- Vast experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent within the consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce, and Finance concepts.
- Experience in a business analyst role with B2C, B2B, and B2B2C e-commerce implementations.
- Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other B2B technology platforms.
- Experience in developing and supporting CRM programs.
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Insights driven with a deep understanding of various audiences.
- Attention to detail in data analysis and user journey integrity.
- Understanding of web standards, image optimization, and responsive design.
- High energy and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work within a diverse team and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
