Summary

The BOH Operations Supervisor oversees back-of-house operations and supports an exceptional customer experience. This role coordinates inventory flow, stockroom organization, replenishment, and collaboration with the sales floor while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational processes between the back of house and sales floor, including receiving, processing, replenishment, reticketing, and stock checks.
• Lead and coach operational team members, support training and talent development, and foster an inclusive professional environment.
• Maintain stockroom organization, productivity benchmarks, merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Partner with merchandise leadership on seasonal visual updates and improve operational efficiency through projects and process improvements.
• Support customer service and resolve concerns while balancing operational priorities.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and build positive working relationships.
