BOH Operations Supervisor

Summary

The BOH Operations Supervisor coordinates merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor while supporting an exceptional customer experience. This role leads operational processes, develops team members, and maintains stockroom organization and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, processing, pricing, tagging, replenishment, and return of merchandise.
• Coordinate back-of-house and sales-floor processes, conduct stock checks, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Lead operational training, coach team members, and support talent development and recruitment.
• Partner with the Merchandise Manager on seasonal visual updates and uphold merchandising, signage, safety, and compliance standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work throughout the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
