BOH Supervisor

Summary

The BOH Supervisor oversees back-of-house operations and coordinates merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor. This role supports an efficient, organized store environment and a premium customer experience while coaching team members and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, price, tag, and process incoming merchandise while meeting productivity targets.
• Maintain stockroom organization, manage replenishment and stock checks, and coordinate merchandise delivery to the sales floor.
• Lead operational training, coach team members, and support talent development and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate operational improvements, reticketing, RFID processes, and seasonal visual updates.
• Support customer service and enforce company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and lift or climb as required.
