BOSS Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations and helps deliver an exemplary customer experience. Maintains efficient processes across inventory, shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and operational administration.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and recommend improvements to store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and related transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, and sales documents.
• Maintain office, facility, and associate grooming supplies; coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and support loss prevention and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for presenting an elevated image and showing respect for the product.
• Computer skills preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
