Summary

The Back Of House Supervisor leads store operations to ensure merchandise moves efficiently from receiving to the sales floor. The role supports a premium customer experience while maintaining organized stockroom operations, brand standards, and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, tagging, reticketing, inventory processing, and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain stockroom organization and coordinate stock checks and merchandise delivery with sales floor teams.
• Lead operational training, coach team members, and support performance and talent development.
• Improve operational processes and support seasonal visual changes and brand standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and help ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and move around the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
