Job Description

Summary

Lead back of house operations to ensure efficient receipt, processing, and presentation of merchandise while supporting the sales floor and maintaining stockroom standards. Supervise and train brand ambassadors, manage inventory processes, and implement improvements to deliver a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive unpack and inspect incoming shipments and verify pricing and tags.
  • Process inventory within productivity targets and execute price updates and reticketing.
  • Coordinate replenishment activities and return merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and lead reorganization and reset initiatives.
  • Support sales associates with stock checks and timely delivery of requested merchandise.
  • Lead operational training provide coaching and performance feedback to the team.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and seasonal floor changes to meet brand standards.
  • Oversee RFID tag creation association and application of EAS devices.
  • Support compliance and risk management policies including health and safety.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations policies and best practices.
  • Proficient with POS systems Microsoft Office and retail technology.
  • Ability to lift climb and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
