Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their skincare and beauty needs
• Provide product demonstrations and applications
• Recommend and sell products to meet individual client needs
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock is replenished
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
• Meet or exceed sales targets and assist with promotions
• Keep work area clean and follow store policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or beauty advisory experience
• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform product demonstrations
