Summary
Provide superior beauty and fragrance service at the retail counter to achieve sales goals and build lasting client relationships while representing the brand at Bloomingdale's Century City. The role includes product consultation, makeup application, and maintaining a well-presented sales area to support brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets.
- Deliver full-range customer service including product information and sales execution.
- Provide consultations for cosmetic shades, skin treatment, makeup application, and fragrance.
- Maintain counter presentation and ensure products are organized and well-presented.
- Respond to customer requests by telephone, text, or email and resolve issues.
- Maintain client registration program and sustain customer relationships through regular communication.
- Support and execute in-store events and special projects.
- Adhere to retailer policies and directions from Counter Manager or Business Manager.
Requirements
- Previous beauty retail or cosmetic advisory experience.
- Ability to build loyal customer relationships and manage expectations.
- Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer based inventory systems and CRT experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Availability to work retail hours and meet business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a retail environment.
