Summary
Provide superior beauty and fragrance service at a retail counter to achieve sales and build client relationships. Deliver product consultations, makeup application, and contribute to in-store events while maintaining presentation standards and supporting business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets
- Provide full-range customer service including product information and sales
- Execute and support in-store events and promotions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented counter and product displays
- Consult customers on cosmetics, skincare, makeup application, and fragrance
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, text, or email and prepare correspondence
- Maintain client registration program and build repeat business through communication
- Adhere to retailer policies and perform special projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience building customer relationships and managing expectations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRT systems and computer-based inventory tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work in assigned retail location and meet business availability needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Willingness to follow retailer policies and adapt to changing duties
