The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives sales for the Chanel beauty line. This role builds lasting customer relationships, delivers professional makeup and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and client profiles using the clienteling system.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience through consultation, product application, sales, and follow-up.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming counter standards and collaborate with team members and the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, learn clienteling tools, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
