Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships, provide beauty consultations and applications, and follow up with clients.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain customer information and preferences.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and welcoming while representing the brand and store professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Successful sales experience, including a record of exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
