Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic sales goals and department daily and monthly targets
- Provide dynamic in-store service and professional make up consultations and applications
- Use appropriate questioning to identify client needs and recommend products or services
- Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Cross sell beyond one line to increase basket size and drive results
- Proactively offer in-store services to personalize the shopping experience
- Maintain counter standards ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming space
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Proven sales experience with history of achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling and business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
- Professional presentation and customer service orientation
- Flexible and collaborative team player willing to perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
