The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and expert product guidance while building customer relationships and driving sales for the Creed line. The role also supports consultation events and maintains a clean, welcoming counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships, provide product consultations, and follow up with clients.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain customer information and preferences.
• Represent the brand and department while maintaining a clean and welcoming counter.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and software.
