Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships, maintain client profiles, and follow up with clients.
• Provide makeup and treatment consultations and guide customers through the purchase experience.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the vendor account executive.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling tools.
