Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build long lasting client relationships to drive brand sales in a luxury retail environment. Role is commission based and focused on exceeding personal and brand sales targets while supporting in-store events and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed sales and service goals
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team
- Support brand sales through event execution and marketing opportunities
- Attend product education and vendor training sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients about events, requests and follow up
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years experience in a commission based sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Highly collaborative and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Make up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
- Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Fully bilingual French and English preferred
