Summary

Provide exceptional customer service to build long lasting client relationships and drive brand sales in a luxury retail environment. Compensation includes base hourly pay plus commission and duties include client acquisition, product education, event support, and merchandising. The role requires flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays and strong collaboration with store and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed individual sales targets
• Acquire new clients develop and retain a loyal personal client base
• Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team and participate in education sessions
• Drive brand sales through event execution marketing opportunities and assortment feedback
• Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone mail and electronic methods for events requests and follow up
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management when needed
• Maintain relationships with buyers vendors and selling manager

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years experience in a commission based sales environment
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Make up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
• Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
• Highly collaborative with strong multi tasking skills
