Beauty Advisor - Hourglass

Summary

The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers exceptional customer experiences while representing the Hourglass cosmetics line. This role builds client relationships through personalized consultations, product expertise, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Provide customer service, makeup and treatment consultations, and product application.
• Build client relationships and maintain customer preferences using clienteling tools.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised counter.
• Coordinate with team members and serve as a liaison to the brand's Account Executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to use clienteling tools and software, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Attention to detail, initiative, sound judgment, and organizational ability.
