Beauty Advisor - La Mer

Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives sales for the La Mer beauty line. This role builds client relationships, provides makeup and treatment consultations, and supports a well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product guidance throughout the sales process.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain customer information and preferences and follow up with clients.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and represent the brand to customers and the Account Executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and use clienteling software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
