Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product consultations, application, and follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the brand account executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultation and application.
• Strong multitasking, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to use online clienteling tools.
