Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Successful sales experience, including meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to use clienteling software and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and multitasking skills.
