Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service and builds sales for the La Prairie beauty line. This role develops customer relationships, drives individual business through clienteling, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product guidance, make-up consultations, and treatment applications.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences and follow up with clients.
• Maintain counter standards and provide an exceptional experience throughout the sale.
• Represent the department and maintain effective relationships with team members and the account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organizational ability, and business judgment.
• Ability to provide professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
