The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and builds sales for the La Prairie line. This role develops customer relationships, drives individual business through clienteling, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain counter standards and represent the brand professionally.
• Provide makeup and treatment consultations and applications.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
