Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and expert beauty consultations while building customer relationships and growing sales. The role includes supporting sales goals, maintaining the beauty counter, and using clienteling tools to develop an individual customer base.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product expertise, makeup and treatment consultations, and sales follow-up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using clienteling tools.
• Keep the counter clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised.
• Collaborate with team members and serve as a liaison with the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including experience exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment and work independently.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and proprietary software.
