The Beauty Advisor drives individual and vendor sales while delivering personalized customer service and building lasting client relationships. This role represents Le Labo and Saks Fifth Avenue, supports beauty consultations and events, and maintains an inviting counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert guidance through consultations, product application, and follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain client information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming selling area and represent the brand professionally.
• Work effectively with team members and the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience and a record of exceeding quota.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and software.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
