The Beauty Advisor drives sales for the Natura Bisse line while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. The role includes providing beauty and treatment consultations, maintaining the counter, and using clienteling tools to grow a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships and provide expert product guidance and outstanding service.
• Use clienteling tools to record client information and preferences and follow up with customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate effectively with team members and the Account Executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
