Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides personalized cosmetics service, builds customer relationships, and drives individual and vendor sales. This role supports consultation events and maintains an inviting, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain customer information and preferences.
• Keep the selling area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Represent the cosmetics brand and department while working with team members and account executives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to use clienteling software and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and sound business judgment.
