Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor-line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product recommendations, applications, and follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area.
• Represent the retailer and designated account executive professionally.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort learning and using online clienteling tools and proprietary software.
