The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives individual and vendor-line sales. The role builds customer relationships, offers beauty consultations, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor-line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter.
• Represent the department and maintain effective relationships with account executives and team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling tools.
