Summary

The Beauty Advisor delivers exceptional customer service while building sales and lasting client relationships. This role represents the assigned beauty line, provides makeup and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships, provide consultations and product applications, close sales, and follow up with clients.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards while collaborating with team members and the Account Executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and use online clienteling tools.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
