The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and drives sales for the assigned beauty line. The role builds lasting client relationships, provides beauty consultations, and maintains an inviting counter environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships and provide expert product guidance, makeup application, and treatment consultations.
• Use clienteling tools to record client information and preferences and follow up with customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter while adhering to company standards.
• Work effectively with team members and serve as a liaison with the account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding sales quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling software and tools.
