Responsibilities
- Engage clients to identify needs and provide personalized beauty guidance and product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic sales goals and department daily and monthly goals
- Perform professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications
- Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
- Cross sell across brands to increase client basket and drive results
- Proactively offer in-store services to personalize the shopping experience
- Maintain counter standards ensuring a clean tidy and welcoming space
- Support ad hoc responsibilities as needed to assist the department
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Proven successful sales experience achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using social media technology and online clienteling software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build client relationships
- Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and other store systems
- Professional presentation and makeup application skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
