Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager to drive your own business and create success through in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by developing excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area.
• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles including Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, cosmetics environment.
• Successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Saks Fifth Avenue.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and drive a successful business.
